PAS: A cast copper double looped annular shaped buckle. The loops are decorated with five moulded raised quatrefoils (the sixth quatrfoil is missing due tothe loop being incomplete) and between these the loop is narrowed and decorated with two or three 'V' shaped grooves. The reverse of the frame is flat and undecorated. The pin is an elongated triangle which is curled around the strap bar. The strap bar is narrowed, and is sub semi-circular in section. The buckle frame has a dark green patina with traces of a white metal wash. It measures 57.03mm long, 49.03mm wide and weighs 16.9g.
